St. Patrick's Day Collage Sheet Cards

I received a card from a pen pal last week that I just had to give a try so I choose this file from Deena's printables to use with them. I would like to thank and credit Lana in Montana for this card design.

You get 12 total images in two different sizes, one of each image in 2 sizes. I used 4 of the large images to create these cards.

I made them all basically the same way, the only difference being the papers. I must confess that I did a little cheat on them, I cut all of the circles with my Cricut instead of my circle cutter.

The larger circle is 5 1/2" round, the smaller circle is 4 1/2".

After cutting the circles out, I added some shamrocks with my eBrush to the smaller circles. I did not score the circles, I simply folded them in half then went over the folds with my bone folder and glued the smaller circles onto the larger circles.

I cut backing pieces for the images from a very heavy cardstock and used a corner rounder on them. I adhered the images to the backing pieces and added some jewels to the tops and bottoms, then glued them to the fronts of the cards along with some shamrocks that I also cut with my Cricut. I used my Cricut ink pens first to give them an outline and to help define and separate all of the greens.

I used the same sentiment on all of them, which is computer generated. I backed the sentiments with the same heavy duty cardstock I used on the images, rounded the corners, added a couple of rhinestones and glued them to the backs of the cards adding more shamrocks.

These cards are really easy to create and assemble, I made all 4 of them in 1 sitting. The cards rock back and forth, it's hard to show that in a still picture.

The Bazzill Basics paper that I used on 2 of the cards are from a blog hop win and came from Create and Craft TV so I would like to thank them for the beautiful papers (and other goodies I received).

Thank you for stopping by to take a look at my creations.

New Year Note Cards

Hi everyone - Beth here! I hope you all had a wonderful and blessed Christmas Day!

This time of year can be so hectic, so today I'm featuring a super-simple but super-lovely note card set that features Deena's Collage Sheet - New Year Kids. There are six different images in two different sizes -- for a total of twelve images!!

I printed off the sheet on white cardstock and cut out the images I wanted to use. The note card set I'm featuring today uses the small images which are 1.5" x 2.5".

I started off with six 3"x3" dark green note cards and layered each with a panel of vintage ledger paper. I then adhered one of the images to each card. The vibrant colors are so perfect against the dark green cards.

I stamped "2015" in teal blue ink on the edge of each card. I kept it easy and carefree by stamping the numbers in free form style. No precision alignment here!!!

These images are so charming -- look at those sweet faces!!

Wouldn't this note card set make a lovely thank you gift?

Thanks for visiting today -- enjoy the rest of the holiday season!

Thanksgiving Banner - Thanksgiving Greetings Collage Sheet

I had a lot of fun with this project, I started with the Thanksgiving Greetings College Sheet.

I embossed the flags with my eBosser, the Delicate Dots folder on the Kraft paper and Gracious Argyle folder on the cream paper.

I also cut some leaves using my Cricut then I also punched out a few leaves using some very thin craft metal and a leaf punch.

The pearl swirls are from Zva Creative.

Then I threaded the flags onto some heavy duty string, placing them 2 1/2" apart then I added a bit of hot glue to hold the flags in place.

This banner can be used anywhere in your home as a Thanksgiving decoration.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my Thanksgiving banner today.
