Handy Note Cards

Hi again everyone!

The month of June always seems to bring a flurry of social activities – graduation parties, Father’s Day celebrations and weddings to name just a few.  Keeping that in mind, I think it is convenient to have a variety of cards on hand to use as thank you notes or to attach to a present or gift bag.

Ewe-N-Me Printables Collage Sheet –Beach Girls is perfect for this time of year. I love the vintage look and the images are such beautifully colored beach scenes.  The sheet comes with 12 images and I created a set of four small note cards using four of the 1.5” x 2.5” sized images. 

The little cards were made with a light turquoise cardstock that works really well with the seaside theme. Each Beach Girl image was adhered to a white paper panel whose edges I inked with turquoise ink. I attached a matching pastel brad to the bottom of each panel and then glued that to the card.

I love to mix old and new, so I attached a piece of brightly-colored striped ribbon to the side of each card, giving them a bit of contemporary flair. I think it adds a nice contrast!
