Sweet Gift Tags

Hi everyone!

Today I'm featuring six quick and easy gift tags that are so sweet -- in more ways than one! They feature Deena's Sweets for the Sweet Bottle Cap Images. Aren't they adorable?

Bottle Cap Images - Sweets For The Sweet

There are six different one-inch round images, and you'll get six of each on one sheet.

After printing them out on white cardstock, I punched out one set of six to use on my tags. I don't have a one-inch round punch so I had to use my 1-1/4 inch punch, but I like the white border around the images. I backed them with pink polka-dotted flowers that I created with my flower punch. The paper has a bit of sparkle, which adds a festive touch.

I then glued each flower to a manila tag that was edged with brown ink to give the tags a distressed look. I tied a piece of pink and brown ribbon to the top of each tag.

These tags would be perfect for a Valentine's Day gift. They'd also be a fun decoration at a party or shower where cupcakes are served!!

There are lots more bottle cap images at the Ewe-N-Me Printables website -- be sure to check them out soon!

Thanks so much for visiting today!

Birthday Card and Gift Tag

Hello again everyone!

My post today features the Altered Cupcakes Hang Tags that are SO cute and colorful. I thought they would be perfect for a child's birthday so I created both a birthday card and matching gift tag.

With these printables you will get 6 tags (three different images).

After printing the page of tags, I cut out two of the same images. I used pink card stock and brown ink that coordinated perfectly with the tags I selected.

The card features Happy Birthday stamped in brown ink, a chip board piece also edged in brown ink and strip of colorful rickrack. The rickrack was a perfect embellishment because it matches the image on the tag. Before I adhered the tag to the card, I tied a piece of twine through the top added a sparkly gemstone to the to top of the cupcake. These embellishments really add a festive flair!

For the gift tag I glued it to piece of of the same pink card stock that I used on the card. I punched a hole at the top of the tag and tied a piece of twine through it. As I did with the card, I added a gemstone and tiny pearls. I think it makes a fun presentation!

There are so many possibilities with hang tags and I hope you enjoyed the idea I showed you today. For more great hang tags be sure to visit here.

See you soon.
