I received a card from a pen pal last week that I just had to give a try so I choose this file from Deena's printables to use with them. I would like to thank and credit Lana in Montana for this card design.
I made them all basically the same way, the only difference being the papers. I must confess that I did a little cheat on them, I cut all of the circles with my Cricut instead of my circle cutter.
The larger circle is 5 1/2" round, the smaller circle is 4 1/2".
You get 12 total images in two different sizes, one of each image in 2 sizes. I used 4 of the large images to create these cards.

After cutting the circles out, I added some shamrocks with my eBrush to the smaller circles. I did not score the circles, I simply folded them in half then went over the folds with my bone folder and glued the smaller circles onto the larger circles.
I cut backing pieces for the images from a very heavy cardstock and used a corner rounder on them. I adhered the images to the backing pieces and added some jewels to the tops and bottoms, then glued them to the fronts of the cards along with some shamrocks that I also cut with my Cricut. I used my Cricut ink pens first to give them an outline and to help define and separate all of the greens.
I used the same sentiment on all of them, which is computer generated. I backed the sentiments with the same heavy duty cardstock I used on the images, rounded the corners, added a couple of rhinestones and glued them to the backs of the cards adding more shamrocks.
These cards are really easy to create and assemble, I made all 4 of them in 1 sitting. The cards rock back and forth, it's hard to show that in a still picture.
The Bazzill Basics paper that I used on 2 of the cards are from a blog hop win and came from Create and Craft TV so I would like to thank them for the beautiful papers (and other goodies I received).
Thank you for stopping by to take a look at my creations.
