Happy Birthday Card

I’m so excited to present and share with you my first creation with Ewe-N-Me Printables.

Today I selected a gorgeous downloadable image called French Country Prints – Hydrangea. The hydrangea flower set against the French script is so charming.  I thought it would be perfect for a summer birthday card! After printing out the image, I cut it to size and glued it to a lavender cardstock panel. I then adhered that to a stone-colored card. The soft background colors really make the image pop.

Using a bit of craft glue, I attached a piece of ivory lace across the top of the card and decorated the top and bottom corners with little pearl embellishments. The ‘happy birthday’ greeting is hand-stamped in black ink on piece of kraft paper whose edges I also inked lightly in sepia ink.

Who wouldn't feel special to receive this sweet birthday greeting!

Thank you for stopping by today!
